i scared i 2day cannot post lyk yesterday so i now first wat i will do in the next few hr!!!!most lyk i will go eat my breakfirst with my dad than come back home watch tv!!!i will try my best to go out!!!!or at evenin i go find chee pong to go east coast park n jog!!!!haha,must train wan or else my stamina will go rusty...i need to improve my stamina 4 next year 2.4km,i hate to loose!!!!!
